The SZS series oil (gas) boilers produced by our company are typical D-type arranged double-drum longitudinal water-tube boilers. According to the boiler capacity, they are available in two types: quick-installation type and assembly type. The quick-installation type has a rated evaporation capacity of less than 50t/h, while the assembly type has a rated evaporation capacity of more than 50t/h. This series of boilers consists of upper and lower drums, (superheater), furnace, water-cooled wall, convection tube bundle and economizer. The burner is arranged on the front wall. After combustion, the flue gas is discharged into the chimney through the convection tube bundle and economizer. The water-cooled walls of this series of boilers are arranged in close rows or membrane walls, the flue gas partition walls are arranged in membrane walls and finned tubes, the inner protective plates are of fully enclosed welded structure, and the boilers are equipped with explosion-proof doors and other safety devices.

8. The finned tube steel pipe economizer is adopted to effectively control the flue gas temperature, ensuring high thermal efficiency of the boiler.
9. The entire boiler is placed on a very rigid base, making installation and transportation convenient.
10. The boiler has a sufficient heating surface and a large enough steam-water space to ensure the stability of the boiler parameters.
11. The boiler adopts imported burners, which feature high combustion efficiency and are equipped with ignition program control and overpressure flameout protection functions.
12. The boiler feed water adopts continuous automatic regulation and is equipped with protection interlock functions such as high and low water level alarms.
