The oil (gas) steam and hot water boilers with a capacity of 0.5-20t/h(0.35-14MW) produced by our company adopt a fully wet-back structure and high-efficiency heat transfer elements, and are equipped with burners and fully automatic control equipment. The boiler adopts a horizontal internal combustion three-pass fully wet-back structure. The fuel (gas) is burned in the burner. The high-temperature flue gas after combustion undergoes radiation and convective heat exchange in the furnace flue chamber, then enters the second pass threaded flue pipe, turns from the front flue box to the third pass flue pipe, and finally passes through the rear flue box and the economizer before being discharged through the chimney.

Product features

1. The combustion chamber adopts corrugated furnace tubes, which increase the heating area, enhance heat transfer, and have good thermal expansion characteristics. The small flue chamber adopts a wet-back structure, where high-temperature flue gas is surrounded by water space, eliminating the phenomenon of cracks in the boiler tube sheet due to thermal fatigue.

2. The flue gas tubes adopt a combined structure of threaded tubes and smooth tubes. Threaded tubes are used in the second return pass with a higher flue gas temperature, while smooth tubes are used in the third return pass with a lower flue gas temperature, in order to enhance heat transfer and keep the flue gas resistance within an appropriate range.

3. The boiler tube sheet and smoke tubes are welded by argon arc welding in all positions automatically to ensure the welding quality.

4. It has a sufficient heating surface and ample water and steam space to ensure the stability of boiler parameters.

5. The boiler adopts high thermal resistance materials and a closed metal outer cover as the insulation layer, providing excellent heat preservation performance.

6. A manhole is provided on the top of the boiler. Handholes are provided on the lower side for easy inspection. There are fire viewing holes at both the front and back of the boiler, allowing for the observation of the combustion situation inside the furnace.

7. The front smoke box is coated with high-alumina high-temperature resistant paint to protect the insulation material from being carried away by the smoke.

8. The boiler is equipped with imported burners, featuring high combustion efficiency. It also has ignition program control and overpressure flameout protection functions.
