The DZL series is a single-drum horizontal three-pass quick-assembly water-fire tube boiler with an evaporation capacity of 1 to 4 tons per hour, a working pressure of 0.7 to 1.6Mpa, and a saturated steam temperature. The capacity of the hot water boiler is 0.7 to 2.8MW, the outlet water temperature is 95 to 115℃, the return water temperature is 70℃, and the working pressure is 0.7 to 1.0Mpa. The left and right sides of the furnace are equipped with smooth water-cooled wall tubes, which are connected to the drum at the top and to the two side header boxes and the front and rear walls at the bottom to form the combustion chamber. Two bundles of smoke tubes are placed inside the drum. After combustion in the furnace, the flue gas undergoes two longitudinal sweeps in the smoke tubes and is then led to the cast iron economizer arranged separately at the tail. Finally, it is discharged into the chimney through the dust collector.
The lower part of the boiler is the combustion equipment, which adopts a light chain grate. This boiler is equipped with a coal feeder, a ash remover and an electrical control box, which can realize the mechanization of coal feeding and ash removal as well as the automatic control of water supply.
This series of boilers feature a compact structure, small external dimensions, single-layer layout, short installation period and low infrastructure investment.
