We bid farewell to the old year with joy and excitement, and welcome the new spring with high spirits. On January 18th, the atmosphere in the lecture hall of Yunsheng Second Garden was lively as the Group's 2024 annual work conference was grandly held. Nearly a hundred people attended the meeting, including Vice Chairman Zhu Xiaodong of the board of directors and other relevant leaders of the group, heads of the headquarters' functional departments, members of the management teams of each subordinate unit and some key employees.
During the one-day meeting, the participants listened attentively to the New Year's message from the chairman of the board and the annual work report of the group. At the same time, they engaged in a lively discussion on the key work contents, key measures and phased tasks of each unit. The five groups, in light of the actual conditions of their respective units, reported the discussion contents to the conference and produced important meeting outcomes.
Focus on the present and embrace the future
At the time of the conference, Chairman Zhu Yunde of the board of directors delivered a New Year's message titled "Stand Firm in the Present and Embrace the Future" to all the participants. The message was read out by Zhu Xiaodong on his behalf.
Zhu Yunde extended New Year's greetings to all the participants and put forward the work requirements and expectations for the New Year.
He emphasized the significance of "team building and talent", "technological innovation and entrepreneurship", and "cultural construction and implementation", and demanded that cadres and employees focus on the present, always hold fast to the three treasures of talent, technology and culture, and continue to work hard in depth.
He shared typical innovative cases of the Fourth Industrial Revolution such as artificial intelligence, humanoid robots, autonomous driving and brain-computer interfaces, and called on everyone to strive for further progress on the basis of managing the existing business well, get well-prepared for the future and embrace the new era with all their might.
Comprehensive summary and detailed deployment
Zhu Xiaodong, on behalf of the Group's board of directors, delivered the 2024 annual work report to the conference.
The report comprehensively summarizes the various achievements made by the company's headquarters and its subordinate units from six aspects: business performance, strategic advancement, mechanism innovation, technological achievements, organizational construction and cultural implementation. At the same time, the report also points out that the company still has problems and deficiencies in aspects such as talent cultivation and introduction, progress in scientific and technological innovation, and improvement of organizational capabilities and basic management capabilities.
In accordance with the guiding spirit and work requirements of the Group's board of directors, and in light of the existing problems, the report has made specific arrangements and deployments in seven aspects for the key tasks of the company in 2025.
Intense discussions and in-depth planning
During the meeting, the participants were divided into five groups according to their affiliated units.
Each group deeply combined the actual situation of their affiliated units, and in accordance with the guidance of the chairman of the board's message and the annual work report, they respectively engaged in lively and thorough discussions on the key work contents of the year, key measures, phased tasks, suggestions for the direction of the company's second growth curve, and suggestions for the methods of cultural implementation.
During the summary session of the meeting, representatives from each group made reports and speeches to the conference in turn. Everyone agreed that the New Year's message from the chairman of the board and the annual work report of the group were insightful and practical, unifying thoughts and pointing out the direction for the work of the company and its subordinate units in the coming period. The discussion results that pooled the wisdom of all the participants have laid a solid foundation for the efficient implementation of the key tasks in the future.
After the meeting, each group will further refine and formulate specific tasks and phased goals around the key work of the year. Meanwhile, all departments and units will further enhance their learning, deeply understand the spirit of the meeting, and actively implement it in their actual work.
